Ingredients

  • 12 Large mushrooms
  • 1.5 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove mushroom stems and chop finely.
  • Mix with cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
  • Stuff mixture into mushrooms and bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 400 g mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Sauté onions and garlic in butter.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Pour in broth, simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth, then stir in cream.
  • Season and serve.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped to garnish

Instructions

  • Gently clean the oyster mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt and trim the ends if necessary.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the oyster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become tender and golden brown.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Optional: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
  • Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.

Notes

 

  • You can substitute butter with vegan butter or olive oil for a dairy-free version.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or balsamic vinegar during cooking.
  • Ensure the mushrooms are not overcrowded in the skillet to allow them to cook evenly and achieve a golden brown texture.
  • Serve alongside pasta, rice, or as a topping for toast to make it a complete meal.
