- 12 Large mushrooms
- 1.5 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove mushroom stems and chop finely.
- Mix with cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
- Stuff mixture into mushrooms and bake for 20 minutes.
